In compliance with Singapore’s RESOURCE SUSTAINABILITY (E-WASTE RECYCLERS) REGULATIONS 2021 that came into operation on 1 July 2021, BR Metals Pte Ltd will only purchase e-waste from ICT equipment only when the sellers meet the following requirements:

• If the Seller does not want BR Metals to re-use or re-sell the electrical or electronic product was received, please provide a written notice to BR Metals that the electrical or electronic product must not be re-used or re-sold before payment is made;

• If not written notice from the Seller is received, BR Metals will re-use, refurbish, re-sell any serviceable components from the electrical or electronic product;
• The Seller has to ensure that all data stored in a data-bearing is permanently erased or destroyed at the time of transaction.
